Career pathing involves helping your employees to plan their careers at your company — giving them a clear picture of their future and helping you prioritize your L&D initiatives.
This slide template is designed to help you in your career planning sessions with employees. It prompts you to ask the right questions that will help employees identify their ambitions, skills and talents, resulting in a clear picture of your mutual plan for their career in the years ahead.
