STEM and digital profiles high on wish lists.
According to the latest findings of the Randstad Workmonitor, employers have an increasing need for STEM profiles (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), say 42% of the respondents globally.
Other key findings of this report include:
- More than two thirds of the respondents (67%) agree that their employer should invest more in developing digital skills.
- 57% of the global respondents point out that talent sourcing remains a challenge for their employer.
- In Mexico, 78% say that they feel equipped to deal with digitalization in their job.
